The purpose of the project: the creation of the working prototype basin hatchery industrial type (BRIT) for the cultivation of marketable fish with the use of energy efficient technologies based on renewable energy sources.
The device industrial-type pool (BRIT) aimed at solving the technical problems associated with a reduction in capital and operating costs, ease of installation, the maximum autonomy and independence from external sources of energy and infrastructure, minimal impact on the environment on the basis of alternative sources of energy.

Stage 1.

Work on the project for the construction of a pool with a recirculation system to farm marketable fish will begin with the acquisition and installation of hatchery equipment installed capacity of 5.7 kW capacity of 20-25 tons of marketable fish.
Stage 2.

On the basis of the installation of a closed water supply will be installed electric and heat of the pool equipment installation to transform the helio and heat energy (solar panels, wind turbines, solar collectors, heat pumps, generators) with a total power generation of 5-7 kW.

In order to achieve these results is necessary to build industrial-type pools in which to create favorable conditions and use more technically intensive systems of water control based on renewable energy sources.
The use of technical solutions enables saturation of the water supplied to the industrial type pools of 200 - 500% saturation equilibrium, which will contain fish at a density of 100 kg / m³ or more and to provide the optimal temperature of the water.
Pool hatchery industrial type (bit rate) consists of the following components:
- Pool;
- Pavilion for the pool cover;
- Energy system includeing the installation for production of electric and thermal energy;
- Equipment for water treatment systems;
For electrical energy the use of solar panels and wind turbines will be considered , which will be mutually offset the decrease in power generation during periods of decreasing solar activity and wind speed. Thus, according to Kazhydromet the most sunny months in the northern region are June, July, August, and the most windy are November, April and March. In view of this energy will be interconnected to achieve the desired average amount of electricity. The whole system, a combined system of solar collectors and heat pumps will be used top generate heat, is designed to use 5.7 kW of electric power.

Competitors

The project is focused on the maximum use of the heat-electricity produced from alternative energy sources. This will minimize the cost of production, which in turn will strengthen the competitive advantage in the food markets of the EEC.
