OUR PROJECT OPENED STREET FOOD IN 3 COUNTRIES .
AFTER MONITORING FOR ALL COUNTRIES

We are capable to implement the Street Food Project in 3 directions:
Baku (Azerbaijan), Aktau (Kazakhstan), Krasnodar (the Russian Federation). We consider geolocation of these cities to act as an additional advantage for the investment.

Market

As for locations of future businesses, it’s worth mentioning that Baku is developing by the day; there are plenty of major investments in different projects made by different countries and new projects are being invested within the catering industry. As a result - comparative environment along with high tax rates, opposed to the Kazakhstan’s small business friendly nature with low competitiveness level.
Aktau has about 300,000 of officially registered population, but since the city is growing and developing rapidly, population flow rises up to 500,000 people. Population of Baku is about 3,000,000 people, although unlike Aktau, competition is high in all industries, but risks are justified. Another aspect that has to be mentioned is price levels in all 3 cities. Baku is the capital, hence food pricing, which is of our primary interest because it is our raw material, is much higher than in Aktau. Therefore, the difference between prime cost of our product and selling price evidently will be higher in Aktau.

Problem or Opportunity

The target audience of our project are young people aged 17-50: pupils, students, workers from nearby office buildings, taxi drivers, delivery men. If a customer likes food and provided service, the next day you can count on a whole group of his friends, colleagues, classmates, who will come based on a recommendation of their acquaintances.

Advantages or differentiators

In all three countries we have an opportunity to rent ready-made kitchens for production of semi-finished, ready-to-cook products.
Our project includes Street Food destinations with products like – donars.(Pic.1), rolls(Pic.2), durums(Pic.3), kebab(Pic.4), fried/baked potato with stuffing(Pic.5), burgers(Pic.6), because it is relevant and very developed, and you can also sell this business as a franchise on the basis of our terms and standards, and open new projects in different areas of gastronomy in various countries and cities.

Finance

In case if planned monitoring will show that investing in our project in Aktau (Kazakhstan) and Krasnodar (the Russian Federation), will not deliver upon our expectations, opening of the Street Food project in Baku is likely to be achieved at lower and justified risks, although monthly expenses in Baku are estimated $25,000 and in Aktau - $ 9,900.

Offer for investor

Division of income between the business partner and the investor is projected to begin after 3 months after setting up our street food points. The investor will get 60% of profit, the business partner - 40% respectively.

Risks

Losses and risks.

In cases of failed business, if our project does not pay off, based on the agreement between the investor and the business partner, the business partner returns 30% of the investment.

Won the competition and other awards

Our company name is “Magic Breeze Events”. It was found in 2013 and current location is Baku, Azerbaijan. We are highly experienced in gastronomy and event management. Among others our services include event management, turn-key business and turn-key events, more than 100 high-level events had already been held. However, according to our analysis, potential of the company is locked due to high taxes and the lack of additional financial support.
