Idea

Processing of beef, pork, lamb and horse meat from local farms. Saturation of Kazakhstan market with meat products and delicacies. Development of food tourism. Promotion of Kazakhstan and world brands, introduction and promotion of new meat food products.

Market

Historically, meat and meat products are in great demand in Kazakhstan. Meat is not without more than one meal in people of all age categories. According to official statistics, on average in the country, each person does not receive 30-35% of the required amount. The domestic market is saturated with high-quality product by 40%, and unscrupulous manufacturers without licenses, production equipment and elementary sanitary standards are trying to compensate for the missing part.

Problem or Opportunity

At the moment, investment in fixed assets is needed. The market for sausages, meat products and delicacies in Kazakhstan is not sufficiently saturated. Some regions are completely deprived of the opportunity to receive high-quality and inexpensive food. People have to travel many kilometers to purchase quality products, semi-finished products or raw materials.

Solution (product or service)

The construction of mini-factories throughout Kazakhstan will solve the problem of quick delivery of fresh and high-quality products to any corner of the country. This project is designed for the construction and operation of one plant in Almaty region. Further, it is planned to develop a network of mini-plants throughout Kazakhstan.

Competitors

In Kazakhstan, there are 4 sausage plants that provide high-quality goods to the market, but they cannot cope with the request for the necessary amount and cannot provide all the need for this product. Their share is about 40% of the necessary. Another 30-35% are underground workshops that produce a low-quality product that can cause huge damage to human health.

Advantages or differentiators

In addition to standard meat products, I want to produce delicacies of the highest quality for people with great wealth and foreign tourists. I have old recipes for meat dishes, which I want to hit the whole world and return new/old and very tasty products to world culture.
